The Wilful Group started with our two founders and a vision: we believe communications can make a difference. Since we started in 2021, we’ve grown to become an international taskforce agency and that vision has become something much bigger.
We have reimagined the traditional agency model to be much more agile, connective and focused to support innovation at scale. We assemble a bespoke team of people working across The Wilful Group with over 37 years of PR expertise from founder agencies, Cherish PR and Gong Communications, to support each client’s needs.

Working on a portfolio of consumer clients in a variety of sectors, this is a dynamic role working on campaigns, activations, media relations alongside talent and influencer work. B2B ACCOUNT MANAGER
The Account Manager role at Gong is an exciting one – offering team members the chance to devise and deliver media relations and communications campaigns for clients. The industries vary, but the briefs and topics are always engaging and interesting. Account Managers also have a chance to shape the agency culture and workflow, acting as a key cog between media relations team and senior management. Account Managers are expected to manage their own workflow and plan ahead to help manage the time and development of other team members.
