It believes economic resilience to climate change and natural disasters is essential to protect livelihoods and develop thriving global communities.
Our job was to make parametrics make sense for the media reporting on the effects of climate change on the world’s poor. We successfully secured coverage in leading international titles including The Economist, Financial Times, Reuters and Bloomberg which helped put Global Parametrics on the map.
Our goal? To create an opportunity to connect AWF with investors and impact funds to help shape the narrative around channelling capital into nature positive opportunities. We helped develop an event which was hosted at the Royal Geographical Society to share the success story of Rwanda’s great apes as proof that when managed properly, biodiversity protection can deliver sustainable livelihoods for local communities.
